In fact, before I even entered the shopping centre, I was repeating a little mantra in my head about the actual things I had to do/buy.........and let me tell you, spending 2 hours in one store trying on 36 different items was NOT included.
BUT, I have convinced myself that I bought all the basics I "needed" eg cardigans, singlet tops, t-shirts....plus pieces I just had to have.
Here are just some of the bags and items.....
Is this a female thing? "Desperately needing" this dress, that bag and those shoes, or do males experience it too? And if so, to the same degree?
Or do males just experience this same "desperately needing" feeling upon entering a hardware store, car dealership etc - yes I'm heading down stereotype lane, but you get my drift!
What was the last thing you "desperately needed" to buy?

I think men get that desire upon seeing the iPhone, or a flatscreen tv. Even guys that like to dress well make a point to purchase nice clothes, but I don't think there is that mad desire for them.
That's reserved for cars and gadgets.
Wow! what a shopping spree, Belinda! I got myself two footed cake stands at a bargain over the weekend too. Can't wait to use them for my food styling!
my last mini shopping spree was in bangkok! bought some shorts, t shirts & 2 dresses. Yups i tend to shop a bit more wen im overseas ;)
Glad to see you're still alive and blogging. So am I....
I like the idea of snapping your latest purchase and sticking it on your blog. A few months ago I bought some wine, some really nice bottles, and had similar plans. But now I'm REALLY going to do it!
Promise...
i always 'desparetly need' to buy something
it is silly but i always want what i cant have. eg a chanel handbag in every colour
we definitely NEED all those items!!women require many more things than men...bras, make-up, highheels, flats! although i am probably the worst person to comment seeing as i am a bit of an addict! we did make a great shopping team when you were over here though! xx
I have a lingerie obsession, actually. I have to stay away or I'd spend a fortune. I'm not talking Victoria's Secret (ugh - they're for pre-teens now anyway)
I like to feel good down under! (A little Australia joke for you, sorry)
This boy has not been in a hardware store nor a car dealership since George W Bush was sobber.
