Scrolling through my photo collection the other day, and found this picture which I took in Hong Kong. Can't recall exactly where this was, but have a feeling it was outside a food market in North Point, close to our hotel.Now, I love bacon, but I don't like to be reminded of where it hails from! Don't think I ate any pork on that entire trip.
And now for my "favourite" women's clothing store in Hong Kong.........

My dad loves roast pork but my mom won't let him eat it anymore because of his high cholesterol. :-)
I love bacon too, especially when it is done just right -- not too crispy, not too greasy. And bacon on burger is heaven.

why is it that whenever i look at your blog and i am eating your picture for the day is extremely off putting to my food. first the rat/mouse now the poor little hong kong bbq! you know how much i love my food xx
Chinese market places can be really terrible according to western standards, especially by the end of the day. However, China is fascinating and you can make some really good eating.

Hey there, first time to your blog :)Hopped over from oh for the love of food. Funny, the suckling roast pig looks preety mini compared to the ones we get here, however, the chinese sausages are huge..gosh, I could make so many bowls of fried rice with that haha :)
